    How To Cook

    1) In a saucepan, bring water to a boil.

    2) Add the Multi Millet Khichdi Mix and stir well. You can also add onions and spices according to your taste preferences.

    3) Reduce the heat, cover the saucepan, and simmer for approximately 10-15 minutes, or until the millet grains are cooked to your desired consistency.

    4) Note that the premix has Salt added in advance; however, season the khichdi with salt and additional spices if desired.

    5) Serve the khichdi hot, garnished with fresh herbs or a drizzle of ghee (clarified butter) to enhance its flavor.
