    • Citric Acid & Baking Soda.

    Serves 10-12 idli per 165g pack

    Quick Tip: Add the soda packet present inside Premix and allow the batter to rest for 10-15 minutes for best fermentation to make soft and fluffy idli.

    How To Cook

    1. In a mixing bowl, combine the Finger & Sorghum Millet Idli (Ragi & Jowar Idli) Mix with water and allow the batter to ferment for 15 minutes to 30 minutes for the best results.

    2. Grease the idli molds and pour the batter into them.

    3. Steam the idlis until they are soft and cooked through, usually taking around 10-15 minutes.

    4. Serve hot with your favorite chutneys, sambar, or a drizzle of ghee for a traditional South Indian breakfast experience.
