1. Return Eligibility

  • Returns are accepted within 30 days from the date of delivery.
  • Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging to be eligible for return.
  • There are no final sale items, and all products are eligible under this policy.

2. Free Return Shipping

  • We offer free return shipping on all eligible returns.
  • Once your return request is approved, our team will arrange for pickup or guide you through the return process.

3. No Restocking Fee

  • We do not charge any restocking fees.
  • You will receive a full refund for eligible returned products.

4. How to Request a Return or Refund

To initiate a return, please contact us within the 30-day window:

  • Order ID

  • Reason for return

Our support team will review your request and respond within 2 business days.


5. Refund Process

  • Once the returned product is received and verified, refunds will be processed within 4–5 business days.
  • Refunds will be issued via the original payment method.
  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be processed via UPI or bank transfer after confirmation of details.
  • You will receive a confirmation once your refund has been initiated.

6. Cancellations

  • Orders can be canceled before dispatch.
  • Once the order is shipped, cancellation is not possible, but you may initiate a return after delivery.
