At FarmFres, we are committed to delivering wholesome, millet-based goodness to your doorstep as quickly and efficiently as possible. Here’s everything you need to know about our shipping process:
1. Shipping Coverage
We currently ship across most pin codes in India. If your location is serviceable, you will see shipping options at checkout. We're working on expanding our reach — stay tuned!
2. Shipping Charges
We offer free shipping on all prepaid orders across India. For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, a small additional fee may be applicable based on your location, which will be displayed at checkout.
3. Order Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed the next business day.
4. Delivery Timelines
Once shipped, orders are usually delivered within:
- Metro Cities: 2–4 business days
- Non-Metro Locations: 3–7 business days
Please note that delivery times may vary due to external factors such as weather conditions, courier delays, or festive season surges.
5. Tracking Your Order
As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email and SMS. You can also track your order anytime from our Order Tracking Page.
6. Missed Delivery Attempts
Our courier partner will make up to three attempts to deliver your package. If you're unavailable, please contact our support team to reschedule the delivery.
7. Packaging
We use secure and eco-friendly packaging to ensure your products arrive in perfect condition. In case of any leakage or damage, please reach out to us within 24 hours of delivery.
