Millets to eat during pregnancy

  • Foxtail millet- 2 days
  • Brown top millet- 2 days
  • Barnyard millet -2 days
  • Kodo millet -2 days
  • Little millet- 2 days

Consume all above decoctions one week each and repeat the cycle.

Extra care just to make sure you're safe include the following into your diet:

Chrysanthemum leaves, Abutilon indicum, Betel leaves (Remove the petiole), Roselle, Lemon grass, Mint leaves
